ITI – Tool and Die Maker

Preferred Experience of minimum 2 years to maximum 8 years

Knowledge of hexa (Blade, Clamp, Motor, Coolant System, Vice, Rocker Arm, Base, V belt, Pulley, Lever), Rough Milling (Motor, Head, Work table, Base, Longitudinal traverse Hand Wheel, Cross Feed Handle i.e. Cross traverse hand wheel, Vertical Movement Crank, Spindle, X,Y,Z axis ) and Grinding (Cross slide, Wheel Gaurd, Vertical Wheel Hand wheel, Worktable) Machine Parts.

Knowledge of Materials (En31, HDS, HCHCR, Copper).

Knowledge of Instruments & Gauges.

Knowledge of CNC (BFW & Hurco) Machine Parts (Bed, Spindle, Work table, Base, Tool Changer, Control Panel , Coolant system, Emergency Stop Button, Limit Switch, Ball Screws and Guideways, Coolant Pump Machine, Work light).

Can calculate requirements, using basic math, geometry

Basic English reading & writing skills.
