Filing of Returns as per Factories Act and Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Board
Masters of Commerce
Preferred Experience of minimum 3 years to maximum 6 years
Knowledge and Scope of Labour Law (Factory Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Sexual Harassment Act, Maternity Act)
Knowledge of computing Salaries (Basic + HRA + Medical + Conveyance + Child Education Allowance) including deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, Advance)
Knowledge and Purpose of Legal Forms as per Labour Law (Accident Register, Health Register, Form 21, Form 22, Form 16)
Knowledge of preparing MIS reports
Knowledge of Accounting and Book-keeping
Strong communication Skills including writing.
Knowledge of MS office / Excel Sheets
Good Mathematical Skills and ability to Work as per deadlines
Knowledge of GST return filing, tax deposit and reconciliation, bank reconciliation
Knowledge of TDS deposit & return filing
