Job Description

Act as coordinator for company events.

Update Kaizen board (Stars of Gilard), EHS Board and EHSAS Board.

Tracking Employee Absenteeism.

Maintain First Aid Boxes and Maintain record of Medicine consumption, Near Miss and Incidents

Handling Library Management System.

Inter departmental communication though email and display notices.

Monitoring of 5S System in Gilard

Perform Joining formalities on DOJ for the new employee including signing off of the employee file.

Skills Required

MBA in HR

Preferred Experience of minimum 0 years to maximum 1 years

Knowledge and Scope of Labour Law (Factory Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Sexual Harassment Act, Maternity Act)

Knowledge of computing Salaries (Basic + HRA + Medical + Conveyance + Child Education Allowance) including deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, Advance)

Knowledge and Purpose of Legal Forms as per Labour Law (Accident Register, Health Register, Form 21, Form 22, Form 16)

Working Knowledge of MS Office.

Creative with Art and Craft, Poster Making, Collage making.

Knowledge on Report Writing.

Strong communication Skills including writing.
