Understand basics of product costing.

Good at coordination and able to follow up with different teams for on-time execution of a project.

Knowledge of Record keeping and file management.

Knowledge of making a Business / Marketing plan including Marketing concepts such as 7Ps, Ansoff Matrix, etc.

Good written communication skills including email writing etiquette.

Knowledge about online meeting software and their application.

Understand sales process like invoicing, billing, freight, scheduling, order booking etc.

Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, other technical requests from customers.

Understand Gilard products and their applications, different types of manufacturing technologies and Gilard website.

Knowledge about booking air or train tickets including accommodation arrangement.
