Sr.Engineer

Analyze product specifications and identify critical testing parameters to design comprehensive end-of-line test procedures.

Create testing procedures tailored toward a specific product, as well as test hardware and equipment.

Develop detailed test plans and test sequences to ensure thorough product evaluation.

Write and maintain test scripts using relevant programming languages (e.g., C++, LabVIEW, Python) to automate test execution on the designed system.

Integrate test scripts with existing production line data acquisition systems to streamline data collection and analysis.

Develop user interfaces for test system operation and data visualization.

Configure and connect test equipment to the production line, including sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.

Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure proper signal routing and data acquisition.

Conduct pilot testing on the developed system to identify and address potential issues.

Deploy the end-of-line test system on the production floor and monitor its performance.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the test system, including software updates and hardware troubleshooting.

Identify opportunities to optimize test processes and improve test efficiency.

B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering

Preferred Experience of minimum 5 years to maximum 7 years

Embedded Systems & Microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, STM32, or similar)

Circuit Design & PCB Layout (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle)

Programming for Test Automation (Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, MATLAB)

Sensor Integration & Data Acquisition (temperature, force, pressure, voltage, current sensors)

Communication Protocols (RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, CAN, MODBUS)

PLC & SCADA Integration (for industrial automation setups)

Software Development for Data Visualization (using Python, .NET, or web-based interfaces)
